VIATEC opens nominations for seven board seats ahead of September AGM

Victoria's technology association is looking for new board members. VIATEC has opened nominations for seven seats on its 14-member Board of Directors, ahead of its Annual General Meeting on September 24 at Fort Tectoria.
Of the seven available seats, some are reserved for representatives of technology companies, while others are open to any VIATEC member in good standing. Candidates must have held active membership for at least 12 months prior to their election. VIATEC noted it is particularly looking for candidates who reflect its commitment to equity and diversity within Victoria's tech sector.
Nominations close September 2, 2026. The AGM will be held at 4:30 pm at 777 Fort Street, with networking to follow.
