Victoria’s Tiny acquires Oso Cloud for $1.9 million
Victoria-based holding company Tiny Ltd. has completed the acquisition of Oso Cloud, an enterprise software business specializing in authorization and access control, for approximately $1.9 million. The deal closed October 1.
Founded in 2019, Oso Cloud provides software that companies embed in their products to manage what each user can access — helping customers meet enterprise security requirements without building the system themselves. At closing, the business had approximately $5.3 million in annualized recurring revenue and around 80 customers across security, fintech, and developer software.
The acquisition brings Tiny’s pro forma annualized recurring revenue to approximately $75.4 million, an increase of roughly 7.6 per cent.
Editors’ note: Tiny co-founder Andrew Wilkinson is an owner of Overstory Media Group, Victoria Tech Journal’s parent company.
